Returns
We hope that you love your purchase from the Tour Store. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn and unwashed product within 14 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange.
Any returned item must come back with its accompanying tags/labels intact. Returns will need to be sent to The Tour Store, Pro Vision Clothing, Unit 10 Peloton House, Lytton Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2DH.
Returns and refunds are not offered on any sale items or products that appear in our outlet range.
Refunds
Full refunds will be issued for any item that is (a) returned within 14 days of purchase and (b) is received unworn, unwashed and with all accompanying tags/labels intact.
We endeavour to process all refunds within 14 working days.
If you purchased online with a gift card or voucher, usually we’ll refund you to an e-gift card.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we will be unable to process a refund.
Shipping
All items ship to the UK (first class, second class, signed for first class, signed for second class) and worldwide.
Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £100.
All items ship to countries inside of the European Union (£10) and the rest of the world (£25). Please allow up to 28 working days for the items to be delivered.
Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Visa Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay and gift card.
Packaging
As part of our sustainability pledge, we will endeavour to ship your order so that it arrives safely and undamaged while reducing any excess packaging.

We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
